9.Repeat violators
We track violations per account.
Repeat or continued violations result in escalating enforcement
typically a warning, then temporary suspension, then permanent ban and demonetization.
Users who are permanently banned may not create new accounts to evade enforcement.
That's a genuinely solid enforcement policy — it even already names **demonetization**, which ties perfectly to your Stripe answers.
## The one gap
Your guidelines escalate by **severity** (warning → suspension → ban) but **never use the words "repeat violators"** — which is the *exact* thing Stripe asked about. The practice is there; the explicit label isn't.
**You can still answer "Yes"** truthfully (escalating warning→suspension→ban *is* repeat-violator handling), but I'd add one short line to make it bulletproof. Paste this into **Section 8** of your Community Guidelines in the admin panel (Legal Pages → Community Guidelines — **no code deploy needed**):
> **Repeat violators:** We track violations per account. Repeat or continued violations result in escalating enforcement — typically a warning, then temporary suspension, then permanent ban and demonetization. Users who are permanently banned may not create new accounts to evade enforcement.
That makes the written policy match your Stripe attestation word-for-word.
Let me note for later that your live guidelines differ from the code default, so I don't get tripped up next time.
10. Appeals
If you believe moderation action was incorrect, you may submit an appeal through the official NTV support system.
Abuse, threats, or harassment toward moderators or staff may result in denial of appeals.
