Copyright Infringement Notices If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe content on NorgaTV infringes your copyrighted work, you must provide the information outlined in this policy. Incomplete notices may not be processed. 2. Required Information for Copyright Claims To submit a copyright infringement claim to NorgaTV, the claimant must provide all of the following information: Claim Information * Date the claim is submitted. * Name of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed. * Description of the copyrighted material. * Identification of the specific content alleged to infringe the copyrighted work. Content Location Information The claimant must provide enough information for NorgaTV to locate the content, including: * Creator channel URL. * Direct URL to the video, stream, post, or content. * If the content appeared during a livestream: * Whether the content appeared during an active livestream or a past livestream recording. * Timestamp(s) where the alleged infringement occurs. * Timestamps should be provided in Eastern Time (EST/EDT) whenever possible. Claimant Information The claimant must provide: * Full legal name. * Company or organization name (if applicable). * Telephone number. * Email address. * Complete mailing address. Good Faith Statement The claimant must include the following statement: "I have a good-faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law." Accuracy Statement The claimant must include the following statement: "The information provided in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner." Signature The claimant must provide either: * A physical signature, or * An electronic signature. For purposes of NorgaTV copyright notices, an electronic signature may consist of typing the claimant's full legal name. Claims that do not contain sufficient information may be rejected or returned for correction. 3. Counter Notifications Creators who believe content was removed due to mistake, misidentification, fair use, licensing rights, ownership rights, or other legal authorization may submit a counter notification. Counter notifications should include: * Date submitted. * Claim ID number associated with the original claim. * Creator's full legal name. * Channel URL. * Direct URL to the removed or restricted content. * Telephone number. * Email address. * Complete mailing address. * Explanation of why the creator believes the claim was made in error. * Statement under penalty of perjury that the creator has a good-faith belief that the content was removed or restricted due to mistake or misidentification. * Physical or electronic signature. For purposes of NorgaTV copyright notices, an electronic signature may consist of typing the creator's full legal name. NorgaTV may restore removed content if a valid counter notification is received and no legal action is initiated within the applicable timeframe. 4. Claim Retractions Copyright claimants may voluntarily retract a claim. Retractions should include: * Date submitted. * Claim ID number. * Original claim submission date. * Name of the claimant. * Name of the copyrighted work originally identified. * Content URL involved in the claim. * Statement requesting withdrawal of the copyright claim. * Physical or electronic signature. For purposes of NorgaTV copyright notices, an electronic signature may consist of typing the claimant's full legal name. 5. Repeat Infringer Policy NorgaTV respects the rights of copyright owners and maintains a policy for addressing repeated copyright infringement. When NorgaTV receives a valid copyright infringement notice, the affected user may be notified through the platform, email, or other contact information associated with their account. The notification may include information regarding the allegedly infringing content, the claim submitted, and any actions taken by NorgaTV. Users may have the opportunity to submit a counter notification where permitted by law and this policy. NorgaTV may maintain records of copyright claims, counter notifications, and related enforcement actions for the purpose of enforcing this policy. Users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or repeatedly receive valid copyright infringement notices may be subject to escalating enforcement actions, including: Content removal. Copyright warnings. Temporary feature restrictions. Temporary account suspensions. Permanent account termination. NorgaTV reserves the right to determine what constitutes a repeat infringement based on the number, frequency, severity, and validity of copyright claims received. NorgaTV reserves the right to remove content and take enforcement action at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law. 6. Misrepresentations Submitting false copyright claims, false counter notifications, or fraudulent retractions may result in legal liability. Users are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is truthful and accurate. 7. NorgaTV's Role NorgaTV is a platform provider and intermediary service. NorgaTV does not act as a court of law and does not possess the authority to make final legal determinations regarding copyright ownership, infringement, fair use, licensing disputes, or other intellectual property matters. NorgaTV's role is limited to processing notices, counter notifications, and retractions in accordance with applicable law and platform policy. Any disputes regarding ownership, licensing, fair use, or infringement ultimately remain the responsibility of the involved parties and may require resolution through legal proceedings, arbitration, or mutual agreement. 8.
